Slow down and reconnect with nature. My Outdoor Garden Yoga & Sea Swim experience combines gentle movement and the refreshing benefits of cold-water immersion in a beautiful coastal setting.

We'll begin with an accessible yoga session in the tranquillity of the garden led by Jeny's Yoga, designed to help you stretch, release tension, and prepare both body and mind for the sea.

Afterwards, we'll head to the water for a guided sea swim, embracing the invigorating power of the ocean and the sense of freedom it brings.

Whether you're new to yoga and sea swimming or already love both, this welcoming experience offers the perfect opportunity to relax, recharge, and connect with like-minded people.

Who Is It For?

  • Towel and warm layers for afterwards
