An Evening River Swim Experience
Friday 14th August
7-9pm
Slow Down. Switch Off. Drift Into Nature.
Leave the day behind and join me for River Rest, a peaceful guided evening wild swimming experience in a beautiful river.
This isn't about distance or speed. It's about slowing down, breathing deeply and reconnecting with nature. We'll take a gentle walk to a secluded river, where you'll have time to immerse yourself in cool water, float beneath the trees and enjoy the sights and sounds of the river as daylight begins to soften.
With small group numbers, there's plenty of time to simply be. Whether you choose to swim, float or quietly sit by the water's edge, River Rest is your opportunity to reset both body and mind.
